Two generations, one counter

From a single counter in Pimpri to three shops and a workshop across Pimpri-Chinchwad and Talawade, we've grown by keeping the same promise: straight advice, stock that moves, and a part number for everything.

Our Story

Trusted since 1987. Growing with Pune.

I came to Pune in 1987, with no capital of my own. I worked for a local hardware trader first, learning the trade from the ground up, until he backed me to open my own shop counter. I gave customers straight advice, worked hard, and put what I earned back into the business, growing alongside Pune's industrial sector.

As factories and workshops came to depend on us, growing the business meant more than opening new counters. In 1998 we opened the Jay Kay Keys workshop to make pulley keys and custom parts in-house. The same thinking led to Jay Kay Fasteners in Talawade and our newest branch in Chinchwad: go where the work already is, and have an answer ready. I still take every pricing call myself, the same way I did at my first counter.
